Hannah Barraza has been confirmed as Chief Executive Officer of the Land Development Corporation (LDC), providing continuity of leadership as the organisation moves from strategic planning into delivery.
LDC’s Strategic Reset was developed through consultation with industry, government and the community, establishing a clearer and more targeted direction in delivering strategic land outcomes across the Northern Territory.
As Chief Executive Officer, Ms Barraza will lead implementation of this direction while continuing to progress LDC’s existing projects and commitments across the Territory.
LDC will focus on strategic development precincts, strategic industrial land, common user infrastructure and regional development. LDC will continue to work with government, industry and communities to enable investment, support regional growth and deliver long-term value for Territorians.
Ms Barraza said she was honoured to continue leading LDC through its next stage of delivery.
“LDC has a clear direction for the future and a strong portfolio of work already underway across the Territory.
Our focus is on practical delivery — working with industry, government and communities to enable investment, strengthen regional outcomes and deliver strategic land opportunities that create long-term value for Territorians.”
Ms Barraza’s appointment provides continuity as LDC implements its renewed direction and progresses its strategic land and development portfolio.
