Following the successful delivery of Kilgariff Estate Stage 1, the Land Development Corporation is looking forward to delivering Stage 2 of Kilgariff. Key development objectives include:

  • A mix of housing options appropriate for the local community.
  • Promoting sustainability through maximising climatically appropriate development.
  • Connection with the landscape, and
  • Building a safe and connected community.

LDC is working hard to deliver a further 87 residential lots located directly south of the existing development. The next release will be built in 2021 and comprise:

  • 8 Lifestyle Lots
  • 38 Traditional Lots
  • 8 Multiple Dwelling Lots

Kilgariff Estate Stage 2 will deliver a mix of housing options built upon the principles of innovation, diversity, sustainability and community.
