LDC’s Annual Bus Trip

On 11 September, the Land Development Corporation team embarked on our annual Project Bus Tour where we were able to visit the construction sites of both Kittyhawk Estate and Zuccoli Village.

Kittyhawk Estate is located within the Middle Arm Industrial Precinct and is currently under development, delivering 3 lots ready for immediate investment, while Zuccoli Village is delivering its second new phase this year.

With many of the team being in the office and rarely having the opportunity to visit our project sites, the tour is a great way to get an understanding of both our residential and industrial projects.

• The Marine Industry Park and the future home of the Darwin Ship Lift
• Darwin Business Park
• Truck Central
