SPOTLIGHT ON BUSINESS: LARRAKIA DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

LDC have recently engaged Larrakia Development Corporation to undertake grounds maintenance work to our sites in Darwin Business Park as part of LDC’s asset management program.

The main objective of the Larrakia Development Corporation is to create economic opportunities for all Larrakia people through the creation and operation of sustainable businesses models, and the maintenance of the Larrakia Development Trust.

The Larrakia Development Corporation’s core activities include land holdings and development, property development, heritage monitoring, ground maintenance, and landscaping. LDC partners with Larrakia to undertake these works, exploring opportunities for local indigenous businesses to be involved in LDC’s works program as part of LDC’s Reconciliation Action Plan focus.
