UDIA National Awards of Excellence 2025

Last week Paul Schneider our A/Executive Director of Projects attended the Urban Development Institute of Australia National Awards of Excellence 2025, in Brisbane.

This event showcased finalists from each state across Australia who had proven their ability to innovate and adapt to a rapidly changing marketplace and reflect the outstanding individual qualities present in UDIA membership.

LDC attended along with Urbex as Zuccoli Village’s Michael Ting Park won the Social and Community Infrastructure category as well as the best NT Overall Project award.

It was an honour to attend such a great event and see what the industry is doing across Australia. We congratulate the winners of the category we were in, SA Housing Trust, on Social & Community Infrastructure – South Australia’s Virtual Power Plant.
