Land Development Corporation has released its 2026–27 Outlook Report, setting out its priorities for the year ahead and the role it will play in unlocking strategic land, enabling infrastructure and supporting long-term Territory growth.

The report reflects LDC’s renewed strategic direction and focus on delivering commercially disciplined, place-based development outcomes across the Northern Territory.

It outlines the Corporation’s work to facilitate investment, progress land release and development opportunities, and deliver infrastructure that supports industry, business and communities.

Across the year ahead, LDC will continue progressing key projects and precincts including the Northern Marine Complex, Middle Arm, Holtze Industrial Estate, Darwin Business Park, Wishart Estate, Kilgariff Estate, Zuccoli Village and Fannie Bay.

The Outlook Report also provides an overview of LDC’s financial outlook, operational priorities and performance measures for 2026–27.

Chief Executive Officer Hannah Barraza said the report provides a clear account of LDC’s role in supporting the Territory’s economic development agenda.

“LDC is focused on converting strategic land and infrastructure opportunities into practical development outcomes,” Ms Barraza said.

“Our work supports investment, industry growth and liveable communities across the Territory. The 2026–27 Outlook Report outlines the projects, priorities and delivery focus that will guide us through the year ahead.”
