Enter into a joint delivery arrangement with Land Development Corporation
Land Development Corporation (LDC) is seeking a builder via an Expression of Interest (EOI) process to enter a joint delivery arrangement with LDC.
LDC is proposing to develop 26 freehold terrace houses at 7 Waratah Crescent, Fannie Bay. The selected builder will assist LDC to finalise terrace house designs, deliver land subdivision works and construct dwellings.
Industry briefing to be held on Monday 7th April 3pm. More details will be sent to those that register there interest in the EOI.
