Marketing Sounding now underway for new land release 

The Estate incorporates the Defence Support Hub which provides strategically located land for contractors servicing Defence platforms. Our role is to develop the Estate for businesses to take advantage of its strategic location.

Holtze Industrial Estate is in the industrial area of Holtze, located less than 10kms from the East Arm Wharf, with easy access to the Darwin International Airport, the Stuart Highway and the Australian Army’s Robertson Barracks.

Current status

Stage 1 includes an access road and services to four lots ranging in size from 6,500m2 to 50,000m2.

The Land Development Corporation has facilitated the construction of a purpose built mechanical workshop for a company which services vehicles, buses and other diesel engine vehicles. Design work for subsequent stages has been completed ready for development, subject to market conditions.
