The Marine Service Area will accommodate major vessel maintenance workshops and supporting activities to compliment the Ship Lift project.
The Marine Service Area will be a purpose built estate for the expansion of Darwin’s marine service capabilities and will offer land ranging from 1 hectare to 2.4 hectares. The Land Development Corporation are currently undertaking pre-feasibility investigations.
