Marine subdivision Masterplan

The Marine Industry Park is strategically located at Darwin’s East Arm Wharf, East Arm, Darwin and is currently home to a 9 hectare, secure Hardstand and all-tide Barge Ramp.

The expansion of the Marine Industry Park will introduce a 5,500 tonne Ship Lift, to be operational by 2025-2026 and a purpose-built subdivision to facilitate the clustering of vessel maintenance services adjacent to the Ship Lift by providing lots specifically designed for vessel servicing.
