ANNUAL BUS TOUR

On 18 October, the Land Development Corporation team embarked on our annual Project Bus Tour where we were able to visit the construction sites of both Wishart Estate Stage 2, Bulk Liquids Area and Zuccoli Village.

Wishart Estate is located between Wishart Road and Berrimah Road and Stage 2 is currently under development to deliver 2 lots ready for immediate investment.

The Bulk Liquids Area located at East Arm is nearing project competition with tanks ready for use in early 2024. Zuccoli Village is delivering phase 3.8 with titles expected in early 2024.

With many new staff and most of the team being in the office and rarely having the opportunity to visit our project sites, the tour is a great way to get an understanding of both our residential and industrial projects.
