The Common User Facility in the Marine Industry Park, located at East Arm Wharf has a 9 hectare Hardstand, providing a safe and secure area well suited for fabrication, assembly, commissioning, maintenance and repair activities as well as excellent load-in/load-out facilities via the Barge Ramp.
The Barge Ramp offers logistic support for commercial use, with all-tide access, with both the Hardstand and Barge Ramp areas available for bookings with flexible options available.
