Contract awarded for next stage of Wishart Estate

Stage 2 of Wishart Estate is now ready for construction with the subdivision construction tender awarded to Ostojic Group.

This second stage of Wishart Estate provides two lots totalling 5.6 hectares targeting strategic uses, including a 3.9 hectare site for a data centre proponent.

The $9M contract will include all civil works, bulk earthworks, drains and culverts, roadworks, HV electricity head-works, water, communications and street lighting. A new intersection from Wishart Road will provide access for the new lots, and LDC’s future development of further stages to the north.

Ostojic were the civil contractors or Stage 1 of Wishart Estate (Truck Central), and have a wealth of local civil construction experience through their 50 40 years of work.
