Exciting news for new home builders!

The Territory’s new HomeGrown grants were announced last week and will become in effect as of today. The program will run for 12 months until September 30, 2025.

The HomeGrown Territory grants program includes:

• a first-home buyer grant of $50,000 to first-home buyers to purchase or build a new home
• a first-home owner grant of $10,000 to purchase an established home
• Fresh Start New Home Grant of $30,000 for non-first home buyers, who may have already owned a home.
