LDC SUPPORTS ABORIGINAL EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM

The Northern Territory Government is running another round of the Aboriginal Employment Program, which aims to provide a pathway to public sector employment for Indigenous Australians.

A cohort of 17 trainees is undergoing training at Charles Darwin University and will experience a gradual introduction to employment in the public sector.

LDC is working with the Department of Corporate and Digital Development to offer on-the-job training to one of the participants.

Lesley has just started her on-the-job training with LDC this week, and we look forward to supporting her through her career progression journey.
