MARINE INDUSTRY PARK MOVING ALONG

A recent transport planning and traffic engineering study was completed by Flyt. This included a review of current traffic usage and research into similar marine maintenance facilities. The most comparable development within Australia for traffic generation purposes is Henderson south of Perth, which includes the Australian Marine Complex. The review confirmed the current road network has adequate capacity for the short to medium term.

This study marks a key milestone in the progress of development for the broader MIP.
