2023-03-17 Marine Industry Park (MIP) Precincts 2 3 Concept Plan

LDC has engaged Ernst Young (EY) to undertake a Business Case and Master Plan for the Precincts 2 & 3 of the Marine Industry Park.

EY has commenced market research and demand analysis for the MIP, which has the potential to provide over 100 hectares of waterfront industrial land. EY is supported by Advisian to provide marine industry planning and engineering expertise. Advisian has been involved with the Australian Marine Complex (AMC) for 17 years and more recently Advisian completed the Strategic Infrastructure and Land Use Plan for the AMC in 2020.
