New Rates: Hardstand and Barge Ramp

The Land Development Corporation has now finalised a new fee structure for users of the Marine Industry Park facilities.

Users have the ability to determine the length of time they require Hardstand or Barge Ramp usage for, with rates catering to short and long term use. This aims to support the operations of industry and provide a solution for all needs.

The Marine Industry Park is located at East Arm Wharf strategically located near Darwin Port, Marine Supply Base, Berrimah Freight Terminal, Darwin Business Park and Darwin International Airport.

The 9 hectare hardstand is secured with a 2 meter high fence, 24 hour surveillance and phone activated gate for the use of laydown, fabrication and any other transport or logistics activities.

The all-tide Barge Ramp adjoins the hardstand and is a licenced First-Point-of-Entry for the Port of Darwin.
