Welcom Dan and Lija

We would like to give a warm welcome to both Dan and Lija who have joined the Land Development Corporation.

Dan Fuller moved to Darwin in 1977 where his career as a licensed builder grew in residential construction, sub-contract management and site supervision of some 200 – 300 homes throughout greater Darwin over 25 years. Dan brings a wealth of knowledge to the team and we are excited to have him onboard as our Asset Manager.

Lija Foley has moved from the Sunshine Coast in Queensland to join the Land Development Corporation as Development Officer.

She has 13 years’ experience in residential land development with a private developer, predominately in Peregian Springs.  During this time, she has also worked on several residential, commercial and industrial projects throughout Queensland and NSW.
