With over 14 years experience in the property industry, Hannah has previously worked in management positions in government as well as in property, commercial and securities law in the legal sector.
Prior to joining the Land Development Corporation, Hannah was responsible for capital program delivery and management with approximately $380 million in expenditure each year for a government business enterprise. Hannah’s expertise includes strategic planning and implementation, corporate governance and risk management via due diligence processes, business cases and feasibilities, complex stakeholder negotiations, budget and resource planning and mentoring and coaching.
Hannah has experience in the property market, locally and nationally, including established properties, land development and off-the-plan projects.
Hannah holds an Advanced Diploma of Government, Diploma of Leadership and Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Business Law.
