Kilgariff Estate: Stage 2B (Civil Works) Subdivision Construction

This contract relates to the construction of Stage 2B. Stage 2B will comprise of 36 lots, (including 2 multi-dwelling lots and 34 traditional lots).

The works involve construction of roads, water, electrical, street lighting, telecommunications, bulk earthworks, drainage and associated infrastructure for the development of the residential subdivision.
